Project Management is the discipline of carefully projecting or planning, organizing, motivating and controlling resources to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. WCS incorporates and follows a systematically applied project management tools and techniques in all the projects.
We follow the Critical Path Method and Program Evaluation and Review Techniques to implement and monitor our projects.
WCS’s follows the traditional phased approach which identifies a sequence of steps to be completed. In this approach five developmental components of a project can be distinguished such as:
